The Moxy hotels - from Chelsea to East Village - are aimed at a design-savvy, young clientele.
In the bathrooms of these houses, lava stone in solid form sets the tone: reduced, powerful, independent.
Design that stands the test of time
Developed in collaboration with renowned studios such as Yabu Pushelberg and Rockwell Group, the records fulfil the highest demands.
They are hard-wearing, easy to clean and visually strong - a statement made of stone.
Character through surface
The smooth, slightly crackled structure of the lava brings authenticity to the material.
Each panel is made by hand and bears the signature of modern craftsmanship.
Design with sophistication and function
The lava basins were deliberately combined with natural materials - wood, brass and stone.

The choice in favour of Pyrolave was a decision in favour of quality, sustainability - and aesthetics that last.
The renowned hotel group Mariott - in particular the brand aimed at a young, dynamic and discerning audience Moxy - was looking for a striking design feature. The choice fell on solid washbasins made of enamelled lava stone from Volvicto give the rooms an unmistakable identity.
Since then Pyrolave also the washbasin systems for the houses Moxy Chelsea and Moxy East Village realised in New York City.
